ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
We have tried our utmost best to provide the best quality products to you. In case of requests for order cancellations, as part of our policy, the orders once placed will not be cancelled/exchanged and no refund will be paid on these orders.
SIZING
The fit of our products may vary on the cut, fabric and style of each product. Some products are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit while others are more fitted. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the best size that suits you.
COLORS
While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Further, colors might vary in pictures than actual product.
DELIVERY
Product will be delivered in 30 - 60 days depending on the outfit ordered. For urgent deliveries/queries, please contact us on +91 98188 70179. Please note that deliveries can be affected in case we do not receive any of the below information on time:

Please note that we try our best in ensuring that the product reaches you within time. In order to fasten our process, we have tied up with several third party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, in case of delay from a third party, we do not take any responsibility.
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.
In case of any alterations in the garments shipped internationally, return shipping should be borne by the customer since we request for at least one trial to fit the garment best to your size.
For International orders, the logistics company will contact you for the payment of the applicable taxes and duties in your home country. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the taxes are paid within the stipulated time and products are cleared for delivery.
SALE
Ridhi Mehra can offer some of its products on promotional prices. However, we note that the sale outfits cannot be exchanged/returned strictly. Advance received for a sale outfit cannot be reimbursed/refunded under any circumstances. Alteration/resizing of sale outfits will not be done for any outfits offered on sale.

All prices on the website are inclusive of taxes.

DELIVERY POLICIES
Ridhi Mehra uses third party logistics and dispatches for all its courier services. Ridhi Mehra is not responsible for the timely delivery of the products in case of any delay from the logistics team.
For all delivery within India, Ridhi Mehra bears the costs of shipping services. However, international shipping charges are requested to be paid by the client.
For 'Cash on Delivery' services, Ridhi Mehra bears part of the cost as charged by the courier services. However, the remaining part of the amount is requested to be paid by the client. Therefore, when placing the order in case a client opts for COD facility, there will be an addition of COD charge to the total order value.
UNDELIVERED OUTFITS
Ridhi Mehra will dispatch the outfits as promised to the client upon receipt of full payment. If the client wants to collect the outfit from Ridhi Mehra store, the outfit will remain with Ridhi Mehra store until the said delivery date. However, if the outfit is undelivered and returned back to us or has not been picked by the client, Ridhi Mehra will re-connect with the client to re-attempt the delivery. In the event that we are unable to contact the client, we will hold the outfit with us for a period of 6 months. In case of no communication/response from client over this 6 month period, Ridhi Mehra will forfeit the amount paid on the outfit and the outfit will be discarded.
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
1. Each sale is applicable on select products and may not be applicable on all products on the Site.
2. Discounts available on the Site may not be applicable to products available in store. For products available in store, sales staff shall advise
3. There will be no exchange or return of products on sale or discount
4. Discounts differ on individual products and will be considered for final invoicing irrespective of material used for promotional purpose.
5. We are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.
6. Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
7. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down / marked-up.
8. Specific sale offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, discount or coupon code
9. In case Your order consists of products on sale or discounts and full-priced merchandise, Your coupon or discount code will only be applied to the specified product
10. Discount will not apply on custom-tailored and early delivery orders
11. Any discount changes during or after the sale will not apply to future or previous purchases
12. No alterations on sale peices.
13. Dispatches are initiated once the full payment is completed.
14. Any alterations requested by the customer is at the discretion of the RM team to undertake.
15. Any offers, promotions, discounts, vouchers or offers cannot be clubbed with EOSS, unless specified by RM.
16. Brand Ridhi Mehra reserves the right to modify or terminate the EOSS at it's sole discretion.
17. The terms and conditions are governed by the Laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
18. Order once placed cannot be canceled/exchanged Any accepted cancellation will be exclusively at the discretion of RM. A canceled order will result in a credit to the user credit card/account.
19. Please note: An amount of 1.9% will be charged from the total amount in case of domestic transfer and 2.9% in international transfers to the respective payment gateway.
12. An end user may cancel an order only if an incorrect product is delivered. However, Team RM offers replacement/exchange of the correct style ordered at the difference of the price, if applicable
Gift T & C
1. On purchase during EOSS ("Event"), the customers may be entitled to a Free Gift at the discretion of RM
2. The free gifts are only valid for the Event and may not be valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, unless otherwise stated.
3. Free gifts will be automatically accrued to you when you meet the criteria for participation in the Event.
4. Only one free gift will be issued per order during the Event meeting the minimum criteria for purchase
"5. Gift cannot, in part or in whole, be
(i) redeemed for cash/gift vouchers/credit notes;
(ii) refunded; or
(iii) substituted."
6. Minimum Purchase Requirement: The offer is valid on single cart value of ₹200,000 and above, on a specified list.
7. All free gift(s) / Gift Vouchers with purchase are on a first come, first serve basis, while stocks last.
8. No alterations are offered
9. RM reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
10. Return Policy for Free Gift: Customers returning items qualifying for a free gift must also return the gift with its original packaging. RM reserves the right to deduct the MRP of the free gift if it is not returned.
